This is to certify that I, as a parent, Coach, trainer, athlete with legal responsibility for myself and my athletes, do agree to his or her release as provided above, of all releases. I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the release from any and all liabilities incidents to myself or my athletes, or participants in my programs as provided above even if arises from their negligence.
