Co-Active 6 week Program (Gold)

This is different from the regular Co-Active Coaching program. This is the gold package program for quicker and more target coaching and results.  I will be involved with your day to day training schedule, evaluation, zoom coaching session and assessment videos. 

4 week advanced and targeted program is designed for you to receive advanced personal coaching and instruction on how to perform and execute drills for your team or athlete.

1 weekly remote phone call (total of 4) with instructions and answering your questions on how to perform drills and corrections. 

4 video evaluations you will send for me to give feed back.

4 (30min) Zoom/remote video calls skills sessions. This is a face to face zoom call where I have your athlete perform drills while we coach together.

You will also be given targeted videos for you or your athlete to work on for the 6 weeks.
