this 4 week program is designed for you to receive personal coaching and instruction on how to perform and execute drills and skills at home.

You will receive  2 remote phone calls with instructions on how to perform drills and 2 video evaluations you will send it for me to give feed back. Skills Test and Assessment for your athlete. You will also be give 10 targeted videos for you or your athlete to work on for the month.
